2. Are you branding? Launching a new product or service? Moved location?
3. What is the timing of the campaign?
4. What is the budget for your campaign? (Needs to include site rental, production, installs, creative).
5. How will you measure the success of the campaign?
Request Proposal
1. Contact Billboards Australia and provide your brief with this information, to help us understand your objectives.
2. We will respond with any questions and followup with a pdf proposal detailing a recommendation that meet your campaign objectives.
3. The proposal will include, a scheduled list of recommended sites, photos of the proposed billboard, maps of the locations with associated availability and a snapshot of our posting calendar and install dates.
4. From the proposal, choose your preferred site options. We will then provide feedback and either supply further recommendations, or proceed to confirm availability.
5. If you are happy with your site selections and they are still available, we will create an advertising order to lock the sites in.
6. Once the advertising order is signed, we will put the sites on hold and send through the invoice for payment.
Please note any bookings $20,000 or below require upfront payment to lock the sites in. Bookings above $20,000 will require a deposit. All advertising orders are contractual and due to the nature of business may not be cancelled.
7. Once your order is processed, we will send through the billboard site specifications to your designer, for you to begin creative. If your designer has not executed a billboard campaign before, we will liaise with them to ensure they understand the setup requirements. If you do not have a designer, Billboards Australia have an in-house creative division to accommodate. Please talk to your representative about this option.
9. Once your creative is finished, simply email it to us at
10. Billboards Australia will check your artwork and send through an e-proof for your approval. Once approved, we will send through to the creative to begin printing.
11. Once printed, Billboards Australia will ship your billboard skin to the required installer. Ready for posting!
